Services

We provide locksmith and security services including, but not limited to:
emergency lockouts, lock repairs, lock replacements, UPVC door mechanisms,
security upgrades, and related work.

Quotes and pricing

  • All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer.
  • Final pricing may change if the lock, door, or situation differs from the description.
  • Any additional work or cost will be explained before proceeding.
  • Prices include labour and standard materials unless stated otherwise.

Emergency call-outs

  • Response times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs.
  • Attendance does not guarantee non-destructive entry in all cases.
  • Some locks or mechanisms may require drilling or replacement.

Non-destructive entry

We always aim to gain entry using non-destructive methods where possible.
However, we cannot guarantee this in all situations, particularly with high-security, damaged, or faulty locks.

Customer responsibilities

  • You must confirm you are authorised to access the property.
  • Proof of ownership or authority may be requested.
  • Access to the door, lock, and working area must be safe and clear.

Cancellations and no access

  • If a job is cancelled after a locksmith has been dispatched, a call-out fee may apply.
  • If access is not possible on arrival, charges may still apply.

Payment

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise.
  • Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Unpaid invoices may be subject to recovery action.

Guarantee

All new locks and parts supplied by us include a 12-month manufacturer’s guarantee. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to doors, frames, or locks.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including extreme weather, accidents, or road conditions.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
